Rental requirements

The minimum rental term is one month. All prices are subject to availability.
All business use is subject to prior approval. Car storage is not allowed because of buildings insurance restrictions.
Electricity is charged separately according to usage, at the standard supplier rate. We add no markup and make no profit on electricity charges.

Can I receive business mail and clients?
Yes. Tenants can receive mail and clients at The Rock Factory. Business activities are subject to prior approval.
What shared facilities are on site?
A shared tea and coffee room, shared toilets and water are available on site. Tenants also have free app access to our CCTV system to monitor the entrance and the area outside the units.
