What kind of access will my unit have?
Access is through a roller shutter or secure personnel door, depending on the unit. Tenants have 24-hour access. Some adjoining units can be rented together for both types of access, subject to availability.
Can I use my storage unit for a small business?
Certain types of small business can operate from the units with prior approval. Visit our workshops and studios page to explore the possibilities.
Can I store a car?
No. Car storage is not permitted under our buildings insurance restrictions.
Are the storage units windowless?
All ground-floor areas are windowless. The 300 sq ft two-storey unit also has an upstairs office or storage area with a window.
